I am an English and Mandarin speaking Registered Psychotherapist, Art Therapist, and EMDR Trained Therapist. In addition to the use of verbal language, I also utilize art as means of healing and empowerment to help you work through your struggles, improve your mental well-being, and foster personal development and growth. The focus of my practice is to help you explore and build on your inner strength and potential to lead an enhanced quality of life.
